INNOVATIONS AND
PROUD TRADITIONS

Willo is a constantly growing Swedish family firm. Since the beginning in 1956, our operations have expanded every year, and today we supply precision parts to industries and companies throughout large parts of the world.

QUALITY WITH NO COMPROMISES

Our business concept is ”Willo shall be the market-leading supplier of small, complex critical parts”. In order to achieve our operational targets, we use the term Willoprecision – a no-compromise quality, based on high quality – in everything we do.

OUR WAY TO TODAY

When our founder Willy Loeffel came to Sweden with his Swiss precision DNA and quality awareness, he added the Swedish business culture and created something new: a company which was to revolutionise the industry.

How to find us

EVERYTHING UNDER ONE ROOF

Ninety people work at our factory, which has a 6,500 sq m production area.

Having our marketing, production and assembly in one and the same place means a production chain with short lead times and ideal conditions for creating a truly good product. And product quality is just what we always focus on.

DRIVE AND MOTIVATION

In order to make the most of the motivation, skills and values we have at Willo, we have jointly worked out a number of points which form the basis of our philosophy and the way we work. Our shared values are called WilloDRIVE.

MANAGEMENT QUALITY

Just as in our ongoing operations, we attach great importance to our active, professional management work. Our board of management consists of members with skills and experience which complement each other and are important for the development of our operations.
