INNOVATIVE TOTAL SOLUTIONS IN MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY

As total supplier, we participate in the project from idea to finished product. We have delivered parts to the dental industry for over 25 years, and offer handling in a class ISO 8 clean room. Everything happens under one roof in our premises, in a documented quality chain of certified processes through every stage.

PARTS FOR LIFE

Medical technology is about improving people’s quality of life and saving lives. The development is driven by innovative, refined technical solutions. Design for use in clinical environments and, in some cases, biocompatibility, are important features of components in areas such as implants, instruments, diagnostic apparatus and surgically fitted medical treatment methods.

SWEDISH QUALITY

Willo’s principal core value is having a quality mindset at every stage. Every employee is responsible for the quality of their work. We are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001.

THE SAME PROCESSES – EVERY TIME

We customise every commission to suit the customer’s requirements, and we offer quality with no compromises.

ULTRA-MODERN FACTORY

Our factory is a high-technology workplace with machinery from the world’s leading manufacturers. Sound skill and craftsmanship offer reliable, stable production, with the entire flow through the factory based on standardised and certified processes.

ISO CLASS 8 CLEAN ROOM

All products with particular cleanliness requirements are inspected in the clean room before packaging.

PACKAGING AND LABELLING

Packaging of finished products is done in accordance with well-defined flows with appropriate wrapping and packaging materials. We also handle customer-specific arrangements using special packaging material provided by the customer or produced by us.

THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

All activities and steps in the manufacturing process are guided by Willo’s planning process. As early as the tendering stage, we have identified optimal production equipment for ensuring quality requirements, volume requirements and the lowest possible manufacturing costs.
